I also rescue/rehome stray pup/dogs/kittens when time and moneypermits. Vincent runs the SPCA Melaka and should be able to answer your queries. Please support your local SPCA by adopting the animals there or by volunteering your time and more importantly spread the word that t here are animals for adoption which deserves a 2nd chance to live.
