cheryl where are u staying ? which part of subang? Kesuke it's hard for me to help because i'm not an animal officer but just a volunteer so i don't have any official rights to just take the dog away. There's a proper procedure for all these stuffs i think.
cheryl- i think it's because there's too many abuse cases goping on so there's not enough van to even visit subang that's why.Sorry to hear about all these sad stuffs.
