Yes,they do. I took one of my girl friends there to adopt a pug and she could take Barney home immediately. One day, a lady from SPCA paid a visit and she is staying in Klang. However, that's only one case. My other friend and sister has no problem. they have checked my place out before too, that's before Whisky came to join my household :)

You need to check for yourself because the turnover is really high (they put many dogs to sleep per week, whether they are big or small, healthy or sick). Most dogs are mixed breed, that's why they are not wanted. The SPCA, unlike the Australian's RSPCA (I think), is not funded. You would do them a great favour by adopting a dog (and paying them the adoption fee as donation) instead of buying a dog elsewhere. Last week there were no toy size dog but there were a few pure bred pedigree but bigger dogs (don't know their condition though).
yeah, i guess so.. Over here,the Rspca 's worker is the ranger...that means they can catch u if yr pet poop on the park adn u didn't pick it and throw it away and they earn money from that.......Can u check the purebreed dog for me,it is ok? it is ok with bigger size~~ thanks!!
