~hi to everybody^^

I m very sad to know that my dog has skin problem...i just brought him back 4 days ago....

he keep on scratching his body...so i ask the pet shop asst. he said my dog is too hitty...

should give him drink more water..

Then i went to another pet shop to buy toys for my oscar..ask the shop owner about my dog skin problem.

The owner said it's probably inherit from dog's mom and cant totally recover...

Very sad Ahhhhh~!!! HOW ah??

my ms oso call oscar too! hahaa.. my oscar is 3 months old now~ hehe.. my oscar used to hv flakes on his nose area, eyes, and mouth ... but fully recovered d. u bring ur ms to vet ya. sure got help one Wink

Welcome... I have a female MS too, her name is RuYi... she's a salt & peper but very light shade... I prefert to classify her as the silver bullet... kekeke Tongue

hihi,
welcome to the forum. i got one female MS salt and pepper. she's around 1 yr plus. very notti and funny.
well tokin bout the skin problem. most of the MS sure got skin prob esp when they are puppies. flakes are the most common one. try to bath ur dog using medicated shampoo at least once a week. prefer to bath ur dog around twice a week to get rid of those skin prob. hope that this will help u.

My little puppy sick liao .. Unsure

He has flu. Send him to vet already...but he havent recover yet. still very weak

How come puppy so easy get sick~?
Stray puppy got flu n nobody send them to vet , will they die?

Well a puppy get sick easily until they reach 6 months old. If your puppy still have flu is better to bring her again to another vet. I know a vet in Puchong, Bandar Puteri. Is opposite of Giant. The vet there is good. If you can bring your dog there to check it up will be good. Don't wait till too late. A flu can kill a puppy.

puppy.com have some of its big events once in awhile... there is there K9 Jungle treckers who gether in bukit Gasing every Saturday morning for hike in the forest... I m with the PFG[poodle frendly gang] & we have small getherings among frens... dun worry all breeds are welcome... hop over to PFG & find out more... we dun have any envents line up just yet but plans are comming thru... Wink

Hello

Flaky skin, do dry dogshampoo that is for itchy skin. A good kind is the OatMeal shampoo, I just bought a bottle. You can get at any petshops. It treats dry and sensitive skin. ANother shampoo would be sulphur shampoo and it treats fungus, itchy skin as well as mild mange.

Flu, better bring to vet. Some times it can be kennel cough and that can last from 1 week to 2 weeks. Puppies got low immune system so they are very prone to viruses. Stray dogs, normally if the virus attacks the immune system badly, they might die... some just carry the virus till the end of their lives.

My puppy getting better now. But sometime got weird sound [ like got many phlegm inside the throat ].

Oh, i got something to ask . Is my Oscar a miniature one? Coz i saw a ms in a pet shop, very small. The shop asst told me the pup is 3 months old. My Oscar is 2 months plus but already 2x of that puppy size. Frown

Hmm... you can try a vet at Brickfields, very good vet there.

Training takes patience. Best if you get a book, and start reading and following. Biting your feet ah, don't let loh, will become a habit when older. Whenever he bites, punish him by using newspaper or take watergun and spray him or put him in a corner.

piper is errmm.. gona b 3 mths old..super duper hyperly active & thank god i have a very strong n healthy pup eventho i got her from a petshop. I tink tis petshop is kinda reliable, atlis they x cheat

i brot her bek a mth ago..1st 2days i tot she wz a sick pup, got so worried 2 n brot her 2the vet, finally i gotta noe dat the sudden changed of environment caused her2b moody n lack of appetite Smile

so kewl ~ dogs feel dat 2..

now dat she's used2me n her new home, u wldnt wana noe how i am bin tortured by piper, she jumps, runs hysterically..circling me n almost the whole house! down to the kitchen, up to the bedrooms..very cute..lolz..

btw, crazymouse, r u tokin bout the brickfield animal medical ctr or sumting like dat? there is a dr. lim there am i rite? he is cool ~ i mean i go to that vet 2, their charges are reasonable n he reli gives me gud advices Wink

wenever i go there, he chats wif me non-stop bou piper..its like taking up 2/3 of the consultation time chat chat chat ..lolz..

i guess the older they get, the more obedient they are, lets x tok bout those training but at lis they listen2their master. piper understands "sit" , "NO" , "good gal" , "notty gal" , "QUIET" and "beat u" lolz..

i cant say dat she is smart or special or brilliant than any other pups but takin into consideration the time i spend wit her, i am working & stay alone, she is alwiz home alone during daytime, i can oli spend wkend wif her n i feel sorry for my baby...but i alwiz show her that i love her by kissing her each time b4 i leave the house Wink
