Lost Beagle, at Padang Brown Penang	Can't Post

I rescued a lost beagle (male), looked to be about 5-8yrs of age, at Padang Brown Penang on 20th August 2011. I've brought him to SPCA, and they are trying to look for his owner. He was wearing a steel chain around his neck.
