4 Months Old Female GSD Lost at Taman Hillside, Penang

Hi All Penang Members,
I am helping my friend's daughter (Cherish) to post this message.
She lost her 4 mths old female GSD at Taman Hillside, Penang 2 days ago, and strongly believe that it has been stolen. She got this GSD last week on her birthday, haven't got any chance to take her photo yet.
GSD Spec:
female, black and tan color, 4 months old, without microchip. (these are the informations I have)
I know the chance to find her back is very slim, however, I just try to do my part to help a little girl. Hopefully she can united with her 1st pet.
