Went to MPSJ Dog Pound (Beagle looking dog) and PAWS (bulldog)

Hey,
I went to the MPSJ dog pound in search of my own dog; unfotunately, my dog was not there. However, I saw a beagle-looking dog kept in a separate cage. If you've lost a beagle (hopefully i am right- but it did look like a beagle), please check out the MPSJ dog pound:

Additionally, I am also sadden by the fact how the dogs caught are kept in the poorest and inhumane condition ever. I believe there are approximately 20 dogs (sick, scared, confused- in very poor health) crammed in a small cell. I wonder if there is anything us dog or animal lovers can do to help these animals.
