thankyou for advice. i have since had my beagle returned to me today by very kind ppl who were looking after her - my fliers did not coincide with their visits to vets to trace her owner until this morning when i managed to visit Klinik Haiwan Kanagasabai and they knew of her whereabouts.. she was safe and very loved and for this i am grateful.
