Nice info indeed, Chloé. I didn't know the locations of the pounds. Heck I never even thought of the pound before. They should make this a sticky thread so all others can see this info.

i went to one of the pounds..*sigh* quite a number of worried dog owners there, can see that they haven't had a good night's sleep in days and were tired..
some of them told me that it was the 5th time they checked the pound that week,not including the other pounds in the state. ,-._,-. \/)"(\/ (_o_)
