Has anyone lost a dalmatian around the SS1/ SS3/ SS4B area of PJ?
I saw a dalmatian scavenging as I was driving near Jalan Bahagia on Tues. August 21st around 6.40pm. The dalmatian looked generally healthy (didn't look as though it had been living on the streets) but it was not wearing a collar and was by the side of the main road, digging away at discarded rubbish bags.
I don't know if it's a lost dog or just wandering a few doors from home "with permission" from the owner but I thought I'd post this message just in case someone has lost a dalmatian in that area.
