Pls read the line that is highlighted on the last page.. It means we can keep any pets that doesn't cause a nuisance to our neighbours in apartments... Pls correct me if I am wrong..

Meaning...u cant keep any animal or livestock that may or may not cause nuisance. Which includes barking, meowing, singing, peeing, pooing or watsoever that is deemed as nuisance.
I presume, keeping a pet snake or a bird is considered a nuisance too..shld it eventually terlepas from the cage. Huh !! pusing pusing tang tu jugak..(meaning ..go round and round the bush)

hmm... never knew about this before... today went to my friend's apartment.... saw a uncle, he ask me... apartment can rear dogs wan meh...??? apartment cannot rear dogs wan la... its illegal... he said to me like that...

hi myzanordin, First, wanna say sorry if I offend anyone. R u muslim? The avatar is your puppy?
An uncle told me he has a few muslim frens keeping shih tzus...I am staying in apartment..there are a few people keeping dogs here...so far the guards do not do anything. But the Apt Management Head has told me better not to keep dogs. But I ignored him la...but I am still quite worried coz there are a few malay families next to my unit...so far they do not know about my dog yet/ or did not say anything to me yet...
