My husband and i brought our american cocker spaniel to Taman Bukit Jalil Park this morning. We ran and walked around the park with no complaints from people.
I think that dog is allowed to walk in the park 'coz i saw there're only 4 signboards, say..no motobike, no bike, no fishing and no flower picking. However, there's an uncle, who came to play with my dog when we were resting on the bench after 1 hour jogging, told me that he thinks dog's not allowed here. He said that he also wants to bring his dog to the park. My hubby and i told him " u want to bring dog??? "bring lah" just put him on leash, keep the pooch...don't let the dog disturb people.."
This park is facing the club, if look from outside..i think this park is smaller than another one where is facing the stadium, but after i walked inside...my hubby and i can confirm u guys that the one we've been there this morning is good to bring ur dog for morning walk.

yah, it is nice to have a good place to walk the dog, but for my neighbourhood, some of themreali hate dogs. when u bringing a dog for a walk, if u walk pass their house they will shout at u & blame ur dog poo in front of his house

yeap...can you confirm which park u when to? actually i do bring my dog Bobby to the bukit jalil park, the one right oposite the IMU with the big pond in the center..we can bring dog as long they are on the leash just that when i when there, muslims ppl climb on the benches and scream as if i bring a lion to the park. Bobby was in stress because of the act so i stop bring him to the park.

I brought my dog to the lake in Bukit Komanwel (should be the park you're talking about). No one complained, but had to be careful coz there were ducks around and my dog was REALLY interested {g}
As mentioned, I didn't really see any signs to disallow dogs. Hopefully it'll stay that way.

yep...no body complain..just they over react when my bobby walk around...like i said..they stand on the benches..... i want to respect them so i stop bringing Bobby there lor.......

I'm also staying there... Yeah... when you bring your dog over there... all the malay ppl must be like "MONKEY" ... Even i bring my ECS & Dach... Is a small doggie!!! they also scream!!! Ai... very poor oh!!!
But, i don't bother them... i still bring my doggie there... as long as you didn't close with them lar... what dog you have??? May be we can meet up and jogging together ler... we have our group too !!!1

currently i have a mix breed.. a dalmation i assume and mixed with something.. some ppl said it spitz, some said GSD some said Lab and same said border collie... me dont know lah???
sure can meet...but currently i busy with assignment lor but next 2 week i will be more free to walk him in bukit jalil..

hi there,
do your dogs bark at the ppl walking around? cos now i'm trying to make my MS as friendly as possible. when she was young we nvr bring her go out meet ppl cos scare of those ticks. last time m ECS died cos of ticks and the poison killed her. so now i'm really scare that my MS got ticks and it's really hard to cure it. but i need to try make my MS as friendly as possible. in order to do that i need to bring her out to meet ppl and other dogs. she's kinda fierce.

last year, around december, I brought my cousin's little 3 months old poodle to the park and no one complain about the dog. So, i think is ok to bring our little furkid there. No problem one. This year, I have another poodle, also plan to bring her there but right now she is still very young ( only six weeks old ). However, i think the most important thing is to keep the place cleanlo. Then, no poo then no restriction ma.
