If you are looking for Maltese Poodle than no need contact MKA. MKA sure don't have the number. MKA only keeping track on pure breed dogs.

You can just seach around petshops or newpaper ads for Maltese Poodle pup. 100% no MKA cert. No need waste your time search for reputable breeders for Maltese Poodle Pups, most for them are backyard breeder/commercial breeder.
