Volunteers needed to sit down and put some new thoughts behind a website revamp.
I managed to go into the site to make some minor changes but its developed using a software called HotMetal pro which is no longer being licensed, and everything is in embedded tables.
Is there something simple (freeware/shareware) that can be easily managed by a non-techie out there? It cannot be that hard to put together 10 static pages can it?
