Recently I brought my dog which is a lhasa apso, for grooming and it have to be bold because its fur is very tangled. Lately when I took it for a bath, I noticed my dog’s skin have a spots like birthmark on it and have become very obvious especially when it is wet. Is it normal or it is a sign of skin disease?
