Sunbathing	Can't Post

My dog likes to sunbathe.Literally. She would go to the driveway every other morning around 9 or 10 an just lie there.

Maybe she's got some orang puteh genes in her...hehe...

But is that healthy?? I heard that she can get skin cancer.

hi hi ....

i guess sunbathing in the morning when the sun is not too hot shouldn't be a problem... but not too long...

actually, it's recommended (according to a breeder/pet shop owner i know). the sunlight actually prevents some skin ailments such as flaky dandruff skin. i tried it and it actually works.

Hi,
not too long lahh. Dog will get heartstroke if too long exposed under sun.
I guess 15-30 min should be alright?

My dog likes to sunbathe too...that's what he'll do first thing in the morning when we let him out...so far no problem coz he'll know when to get out of the sun when he has had enough....just make sure u always hv fresh water supply in his bowl.
