Shih Tzu Fading Colour Can't Post

i think i didn't use Breeze colour to bathe my puppy, but as he grows older ( he is 4 months ) i noticed after a hair cut, he is actually fading in colour! Gone are the prominent Tri Colour. I searched the posts, it seems like a natural phenomenon, but nonetheless, is there any way to stop this? Can diet modification help? I like his puppy markings and colour!

is not unusual that your dog's coat is fading its color. do not be alarmed!

as dogs grew older the color of their coat will fade or become lighter.

that goes same to my dog, at 1st she looks black but then now she looks tan.

and usually shih tzu pups that looks black will eventually become grey.

puppies will change colour when they grow up. For example, if you like light brown, it does not mean that you should get dark brown as the colour will fade according to its genes. If you want to know how the puppy will look like, look at the parents. that will give u a rough idea.

When the dogs are older, their fur seems 2 change. As for some breeds like silky and shihtzu(etc) their fur changes, Even my pup changes his colour in to grey and gold
