My dog has been sick since last Saturday. He refused to eat anything so we brought him to the vet. The doctor said he has fever n gave him an injection and medicine. I can see that he's getting better these few days but he still refuse to eat anything. I'm really worried. Is it okay for him not to eat for almost a week??? I dont know what to do. Please help.

Is your dog a fussy eater? has it been drinking, at least? Try to give him what u dont normally give...maybe boild chicken, grilled beef or watever. If he still dont eat. Perhaps is not a good sign. He probably have other problem. Maybe injury somewhere your naked eyes cant see. Do a blood test and go and get second opinion.
