Well, where does your dog normally do its business? And where exactly does he prefer doing his business on? Does your dog even drink water? Some dogs prefer to do it on grass only, so you'll need to bring your dog out often everyday. Some dogs do it on tiles only. The porch may be tiles but some dogs would prefer doing it in a certain spot not in the porch.
