do you know anything about the gated community in kota kemuning?
we planning to move out of present condo, and into a landed house - partly because of our pup.
since i'll be staying alone at most times, i'd like to have a peace of mind, and thus would like to know more about the gated community safety features.
also, if can let me know you've seen any FOR RENT houses there - within the gated community.
the gated community....erm called canal gardens right?.....but i can tell u that theres still fence around each house...well all the show unit has it......and just that the guards will be at the main entrance so u have to produce some identity or something.......and maybe a 24 hours patroling?..not really sure...
well their still under construction actually.........
have a look at the local newspaper...maybe their is something for u.
