I've a Lhasa Apso too...	Can't Post

Hi all dog lovers, i am new here... I have a black & white Lhasa Apso (2.5years too).. Gwinn's Lhasa and mine are actually sisters! The only difference between them is.. mine is totally 'botak' now Crazy

... It looks like a J.Russel except it is black & white! Can't wait for its fur to grow back, so that i can give her another new look.... a schnouzer cut! Tongue

It's pretty versatile!

Hey..

Thanks for the warm welcome.... err as for why the fur so short.... actually, the coat was pretty bad (tangled), so decided to re-grow it again! She looks kinda cute with the crew cut... really adorable!

First of all, my furry friend�s name is �Rumba�� she fashioned a crew cut now cause her fur was all tangled� I always try different cut on her� sometimes it�ll be puppy cut� other time, will be schnauzer cut� send her to the pet shops for grooming.. if simple ones, I�ll do it myself (often, she�ll end up looking like a disaster Crazy

� nevertheless, cute). Generally, she is quite a good natured dog� she�ll sit still for the grooming, but if they take too long, she will grumble a little..

Another thing about Rumba is, she loves to bathe! Whenever she sees me holding her bath towel, she gets very excited and wait for me in the bathroom wagging her tail� hmmmm� peculiar isn�t it? There are a lots of things about Rumba� she loves to jump (3.5ft high).. loves to play balls.. loves to play tug-of-war� loves to play catching�

Other than what she loves to do� she is a very timid dog� whenever there is a bigger vehicles next to our car, the next thing you know is.. her head is under the car seat with her body stucking out!

The gathering at KK yesterday was great�! Happy that Gwinn recommended puppy.com to Rumba & me� at least now, we�ll have a place to go�thank you sister! Rumba is a little hopeless there� stick to me like a magnet� she did socialized, but with human beings (she sits herself comfortably next to a fellow dog lover)�. I guess both the Lhasas are hopeless� not too late to teach them to socialize anyway�I meant socializing with dogs �

I did too. Finally got to "meet" you eventhough things were a little hectic and i didn't introduce myself properly..

hehe..don't know if you remembered me?

lol you're very lucky that Rumba loves to bathe..I can't say the sama abt my dogs. Silky's alright with it although she has a long list of things better that she can do where as tyson...*sigh* he's only 5 mths old and giving me some trouble. When he sees the towel-time to not move and make mommy drag me. Right now he's 20kgs..when he grows up,he's going to be around 55kgs..wonder what I'm going to do then Tongue

Hopefully by then,he'll know that it's part of life.

Timid? Don't worry..in a couple of gatherings or so..they'll be their normal selves Smile

That Tyson's second meeting. He was doing MUCH better than his first. As for Silky, she didn't mind either. Smile
