Should we have committee to arrange gathering? Can't Post

SmileHi all,
Since we having more than 3000 members, do u guy think is it a suitable time to having committee to arrange the gathering n fix a date like every 2 mths once? N i also think that we Should have North committee to arrange gathering for Penang lang n Center committee to arrange gathering for KL ppl. Mayb we can join the other side's gathering once a yr n can having our own 'competition' or dog show. How u guy think about that?

Re: [snowflake] Should we have committee to arrange gathering? [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi,

I guess we do not need a poll on this and the answer to your question is a definite YES. We would definitely need a working committee to organize and arrange future functions. We have shortlisted quite a number of active members and will have a discussion with them soon.

Cheers

yeah,
i think we should have a committee member to arrange gathering and someone newbies can refer to.
They will be the one we can ask questions when we are uncertain.

Yup ... i think the ALPHA's are better ppl to be asked when the new users need help...

But make sure choose the ALPHA's that has 100% knowledge and not the ALPHA's which are talkative..

yup yup!
then we can also refer to them regarding the finance also.
cause there was an issue about bringing the food or not bringing the food.
At least with committee, we have authority to refer to

I totally agree on myra, besides ALPHA , i think those active members should be considered too. We dont have enough ALPHAs to do all the job. Some members might be new but they can really help out and active.

Sorry, la ... I don't mean to be so bad to say "talkative" but some of us ... not shy to admit, like me, just like to chit chat in the forum ... and from all this post, our title will be upgraded. And I .. am not so knowlegable bout dogs, lor.... So I think if ppl like me gets into the committee, then not so good, lar...

Oh that's good to know! yeah, I believe if there's a commitee... things gets done and organize much faster and effective.. all contacts are already in hand and things that are bought or used in the previous gathering could be used again.. good idea... when is the shortlisted candidates will be out? *curious* Tongue
