Anyone who stay near by or in the area of Penang or Kedah, I would like to seek for your kind assistance on behalf of my friend, whom he is schedule to transfer back to his home-town at Kedah this coming early June 2002.
He would need an import permit for bringing back his dog from East Malaysia. Detail will be provided. Any cost that involve will be paid accordingly.

Hi leopui. I live here. However don't know what is really required. If you can give some details. probably I could get someone. Would a forwarding agent be the right person to get the permit?
