24-03-11 (Thursday)... during a downpour in the early hours, Chelsea de Shih Tzu ran out from home. Her anxiety level got the better out of her especially during thunderstorm. Roger (owner) and friends went looking for her and at the same time pasted flyers around this housing area in PJ Old Town.
HAPPY HOUR 25-03-11 (Friday)… receive a sms from Roger at 2.20pm “ Found my Chelsea” a good Samaritan within the neighbourhood (600 meters away from his home) found and kept her and upon noticing the flyers, contacted him immediately.
