By the time they both came home and that was around 6.00pm, only to find Flippy was missing. Went round looking for her but no sign... checked with the security personnel at the Lobby and found some kind of leads; they were told to go up to a particular unit at the 12th.floor. An Indian lady claim to have found her between 1.30pm-2.00pm but in actual fact it was 2 particular contractor (Mr.CS & another Chinese man) at 16th.floor took Flippy down to the security post and this lady told and assured them she will look for the owner as she claimed to be staying in this floor. At 3.30pm another contractor (Mr.Yong) from 12th.floor notice Flippy in her unit along with another dog while doing some light works at her home. She told this contractor that she is now going out to look for the owner of this found dog (her own dog can't get along with Flippy). 2 other residents from other floors did saw her walking her along some floors. Between 5.30pm - 6.00pm she went down again to the security check point at the Lobby and asked if they could keep this dog. Mr.Vijee Kumar & Mr. Herman were on duty that time and told her they can't hold this dog. The lady went back up and said she will released the dog back at 16th.floor and from this particular time and day, Flippy was never been seen or heard again even with flyers handed out to all the residents unit.
Spoke with Mr.Balakumaravel, (Head of Security for Armanee Terrace Condo) and we both find it hard to digest what took place on that faithful day. Got his consent allowing us to conduct further investigation within this area and at 5.00pm, Bernie came in to lend us a hand. Tried out Oscar de Silky Terrier and to see if he can track Flippy's scent… 8.15pm, a police report was made at Damansara Police Station, and the officer in charge was very helpful to facilitate on this case. Hengs done up the Missing Profile and full circulation has been carried out. Another round of flyers distribution will carry out.
13-01-11 (Thursday)_6.30pm... second round of flyers distribution was carried out, with a total around 500 units were covered. The lady from Level 12 was away and will be back sometime next week. Managed to speak with a few residents at Level 1 (gentleman), 5 (Ivan), 7 (Ima) & 16 (lady & maid)... Kit got a call from a lady (Joanne) from Level 7 that says heard dog barking at night outside the parameters of Armanee Terrace few days before New Year. The door to door distribution was completed at 9.00pm and we had a discussion with Mr.Bala at a nearby restaurant on the possibilities surrounding this case.
18-01-11 (Tuesday)_6.30pm… Kit got a call from a person saying a female dog has been left at Level 16 Armanee Terrace Condo. She and her maid rushed to the location and saw Flippy being tied up at a door grill. The suspected person that took her, felt it was best to return Flippy to her owner... Case closed
