My dog was last seen running along Jalan SS4D/2 on 25-12-2010 at 10am morning

Suggest to check PAWS on Subang Airport Road if you haven't already done so. Dogs if caught by MPPJ are sent there before 12noon every working day. If he has crossed the Federal Hwy to Sunway or Subang Jaya, then it's the pound in Puchong (see SPCA website for info).
I have been checking at PAWS for my own lost dog (see posting by opus21744). There is a dog in the pound that looks like yours but I think it's not him as the dog at PAWS is abit bigger than what your photo suggests.
