CRUELTY	Can't Post

I am having 3 dogs. Where can i complaint about a postman cruelty to my dog? The postman lastic a rubber towards my dog. Now one of my dog eyes is injured. I just hope my dog's eye will be fine. How come a human being do not have any heart and can injured a dog. My dog didnt do anything, as it was in my house compound. I am very heart broken with the postman attitude.

When it comes to animal cruelty we have lousy laws (max fine RM200) and worst enforcement (striking the lottery is easier than getting any form of punishment for the culprit). Maybe you can write to Pos Malaysia with details on the incident, doubt you will get any justice done though but give it a try

You also have 3 dogs...... what dog breed do you have?
