Re: [ACC] LOST : SPITZ CROSS (F) IN SECTION 17 HAS BEEN FOUND [In reply to] Can't Post

Shilpa was abandoned in a box at Jln 17/56, Section 17 PJ approximately 4 months ago. She was rescued by Nicole and temporary fostered her. She was rehomed to a family at Jln 17/3, Section 17 PJ on the 18-09-10 but she went missing the very next morning (squeezed through the gate).

Pet Rescuer, Eileen Ng notified us on the very same day. Posting of the missing dog was made. Flyers were being circulated within the area by Nicole and with some help from Eunice. Weather lately not so good, rained regularly and the only lead so far was someone spotted a similar looking dog at a petrol station about 300 meters from the house. Nicole couldn’t get extra hands to help out and time was ticking. We had some assistance from 2 parties (a animal communicator and a energy practitioner therapist) along the way.

A search team was gathered at 5.00pm on 29-09-10 (Wednesday) with 2000 pcs flyers printed as of yesterday… door to door started from Jln17/20 and moved on to Jln 17/21 (a-f). We took a break at 7.30pm / 9.30pm joined by Eileen and Melissa. Later we all went over to meet the person that adopted Shilpa, hoping he will lend us a hand but it wasn’t the case. We split into 2 teams (Eileen with Leha & Nicole with Melissa), moved on finishing Jln 17/21 (g-k) and some section in Jln 19/13. Once done we widen the distribution to other areas that has not been covered.

HAPPY HOUR
12.00am, one team ran out of flyers, contacted Nicole and Melissa (covering Jln 17/48 that time) … Shilpa’s name was heard over the phone, and it sounded in full of excitement. Another call came in to Eileen from Melissa confirming that Shilpa has been found. The founder that kept Shilpa was actually the owner that dumped her 4 months ago, and it was amazing for this gal to find the way back -Jln17/56 Section 17 then to Taman Tun- fostering period; rehomed to Jln 17/3 recently and finally back to Jln 17/48. This guy was thinking to send her away once more but fortunately we located her. Shilpa’s mother is still kept by the owner. Melissa and Eileen gave this guy some advice on welfare needs of the animal. Shilpa is in good hands now with Nicole. Cheers!

Would like to thank the following people in the search for Shilpa:
Nicole, Eileen, Melissa, Leha, Hengs, Irene, Cordy, and Eunice
