-FOUND- Female Miniature Pinscher in Happy Garden, KL

found a female Miniature Pinscher, colour dark brown coat, light brown undercoat. cropped ears and tail. brown nose. was seen wandering around Happy Garden this morning(10/06/2010) nearby Jalan Perisa 2. she was wearing a red collar with a bell on it.

Someone lost a min. pin and it was featured in NST. similar color, with collar but male.But, sigh..no tel no. given...by owner in the Press. How to locate lah..
