i was going to get a toy poodle puppy and now having a tough time decide right now.almost lots of pet shop or home breeder sell puppy without MKA but cheaper than those selling with MKA..what actually difference????got MKA can guarantee a healthy and pure breed dog i will going to buy???many sellers told me MKA is no use at all....please help!!
A certificate is NO guarantee of health or quality nor is it really a guarantee that the dog is purebred as it's not that hard to falsify paperwork.
Your best bet is to research & find a responsible breeder to purchase from. Someone who shows their dogs, earns CH titles & does proper health testing on the parents.
Hope I helped.
