You can be an Ordinary Member of MKA without a dog, but you do have a dog. So, what's the purpose of your quesyion? I wonder.

It doesn't matter. All U need is an application form that I could e-mail you. Then do a print out and fill in the particulars. With RM 100.00 as entrance fees and RM 27.50 as membership 1/2 year fees. submit it to MKA you shall be accepted as a member when the committee meets.

Hai Derric, are you a committee of MKA. I did not bother with the registration of my JRT previously (her mother the registered but father from Australia) but wish to join MKA so i can sent my dog to school and learn some good manners. (She is 101% SPOILT). Is it too late now to register or can i just join the. Do I need to bring my doggie there? Her vacinations are up to date so no problem here. What do i need to do next. Sheila, I am sending my JRT brat for obedience as well. For the past 2 weeks it was just puppy socialization and next week will be his first actual class. Mine is also very spoilt and bratty....it's a very good idea to enroll for the class. There you will see all the funny antics of your JRT and how she reacts with other doggies Tongue

Re: [zitian] MKA member [In reply to] Can't Post

did you receive the application form or not?
I am always OK & how art thou?
What do you mean you have switched your dog food from Commercial to BARF?
While BARF is good but you still need a certain amount to FILL its stomach. May I suggest 70-75% BARF and the rest kibbles. You will see the difference after 3/4 weeks.

Everyone of us have our own methods. You just got to find your own and if your method is proven sound and successful, then stick to it and discard what others tell you. That is my advise.

Yeah...humping seems to be the JRT's forte or does it happen to other breeds as well?

Mine doesn't get to socialise with many other dogs yet so she's been practising on my arm & my legs. Blush

It's interesting to note that this humping action is dominance related and not sexual in nature.

Introduce whatever food you wish to give GRADUALLY AND PROGRESSIVELY and that is the art of fine kennel management. You have learn something that others will not tell you.
