My dog's missing!!!!!	Can't Post

Hello everyone,
My dog's missing on 26th February 2008, the location is USJ areas of Subang Jaya, it's a malaysia local dog, 3 years old, a very clever and smart boy, his name is Dai Dai.
Here are the characters of my dog, as you can see in the picture. it's body is brown colour, and mouth and ear are black, the tongue is dark purple colour. he supposes to know how to sit, shake hands, and some of basic commands.
I'm really miss my dog!!! i really appreciate if anyone could give me any information of him. and if anyone help me found my dog,I will reward 500RM.Please contact me: 0133199050 or 0172669008 So please help me. Thank you!!!

did u go to dog pound to have a look? I know how u feel. I hope you don't give up your hope. Hope it's not too late to check out the dog pounds around.
I stay in USJ too I will keep an eye for you. In fact I so see quite a few dogs look like that being walked by their owners every evening.

Yee,

U wld love my new place. Neighbourhood full of pet dog..and its all local breed..hardly see any pedigree....owners take for walk every morning and afternoon...i see lot of browny, john and ringo......hensem nyer....see 2 strays so far, dont dare to feed them, yet. Nt sure whether neighbour is ok with it or not...they are the typical brown and quite gemuk jugak....

I'm going to get my house key tomorrow. It took 3 months to finish the whole purchase process, started from down payment, bank loan, stamping,......etc.

I will get quotations for renovation this weekend. I already have a candidate in mind just to get another 1 or 2 quotations to make sure the price is not too far off.

Maybe it takes another month or so before I can move in

That's nice, your Scooby will be very happy...heard u are considering to adopt a beagle too....just hope your Scooby will not bully him lah...I met your boy during my visit to Yen's place. He is damn cute and super manja lah......for a giant

Me, currently renting a house. But the house (which I bought) is just opposite it. I didnt tell the landlord that I am staying there for a short period only ....sign contract for a year...and will rugi the 2 mths deposit cos breach of contract... Frown

..

What to do, I got an evil vendor. She forced me to move from the condo unit (which I sold to her), eventhough we had already had a verbal agreement that I shall stay for a mth extension..and pay her the accorded interest...so cruel!!!... Mad

But, anyhow since my rented house is so nearby, I will take my time, renovating the house and can always check-out the work of the contractor.... Wink

Scooby is very manja, always act like a small dog.........really cannot tahan him. Sometimes when he's naughty and I plan to punish him, as soon as I get the newspapre roll, he screams like seeing ghost like that, until my neighbour tot I torture him............. But ah, dogs know how to take advantage, so discipline is still required whenever appropriate. Because of its size and the record of pulling & running off, I'm very stern with him when strolling him outside.

Regarding the beagle I plan to adopt - tak jadi already - took the fella home for a weekend then my cousin felt that he couldn't handle him. But glad to know from Yen that he's in a good hand now.

I have sold my current house also...........and it's about time to hand over the house to the buyer (my lawyer friend tried to delay the process a bit for me). I also had verbal agreement with the buyer that she will allow me to stay until my house is ready.......Hopefully she won't turn out to be an assxxx like your one lah.......But I'm not worried, cos verbally I also promise to leave quite a lot of things to her (4 fans, aircon, water heater, curtain, curtain rod, dining table, lights, plants, grass............etc), if she broke her promise then I will break mine too..........

Now I get quite a bit to do on the house reno but getting very excited!

Normally its indicated in the s&P (its mentioned as 'as is where basis', if nt mistaken) meaning you are leaving all the fittings behind....I left my aircond, heater, kitchen cabinet and other fittings too...My Purchaser very pandai, she list it all down in S&P. However, since she is also very 'kiasu' and evil, I remove my alarm system (though I need to pay RM 200 and then another RM 2K to reinstall) its better then giving her ! Then I did not repair the kitchen sink and toilet, yang dah sangkut. Serve her right!

Before Vacant Possession is handed over, she came to view the house with me. Make sure all in-order and then pad lock the grill (with her own lock)...only then lawyer pass me the cheque and I pass them the key....

Are you sharing lawyer with the Purchaser? I hope not. I did the biggest mistake by sharing (thought can save cost)..the lawyer (though being paid very minimal by me) basically represent only the Purchaser..he like one dungu donno how to do his job.....

Until, keys also ask me to pass to the Purchaser after viewing the house. I said NO ! Cos keys surrender is subject to cheque ..No cheque ! No keys ! Real bloody dungu ! . The recent indicident..really thought me a lesson. Every thing need to be in black & white....

Aiyo, why your buyer is so like that one? Mine is quite chin chai, so far. She so scared that I changed my mind that I don't sell her the house. She fast fast paid me money and everything also ok. She came to view the house one time, then next day already paid deposit, never negotiate the price with me also. Even after the deposit, knowing that my house won't be ready soon, she asked me not to worry, I can stay until my house is ready.

Usually seller don't hire lawyer and they always tumpang buyer's lawyer. My case, I hire my lawyer friend, and then recommend the buyer to use the same lawyer. Since the lawyer is my friend, he provides extra service to me, e.g. collect key for me, pay for me first on some misc exp, etc........ and also help me to "delay" the process a bit (means he goes by the normal pace, but he expedite my purchase case (I use him as well in my purchase)).

No wor, in the SP&A didn't list down the all the fitting or fixture that I need to leave behind........... Ya, i also leave the hob and hood for her leh, they are quite new....

Hope she won't be nasty lah, if I have to move from my current house to another place, then from that place to the new house, it can be very jialat - have to move twice..........Moving is not easy leh, I'm sure you would agree with me Pirate

U are lucky lah..me encounter such horrorfying experience with that Buyer. And yes, aiyoo moving is so tiring and taxing....I have moved for already a week. Dont plan to open the boxes, as I will be moving again in 4-5 mths time..so now, basically I am living in boxes lah.

Only open and install the basic items, like bed, tv, wardrobe and personal things...some mre, I have 5 kids...make sure all their stuffs are intact, food, vitamins and medication.

Thank god, I have a reliable MOVER. his price is competitive and he provides quality service. So, he send his team to my unit , packed adn wrapped all my stuffs...move it. And install bed, wardrobe and unpack for me at new home...less hassle !

If you need a good and reasonable mover, just give me a tinkle. My family and friends have used his services and they are happy with him...

Sure, please give me his name and number.......

Now it's hard to find good quality service............I learned my lesson liao - one time plumbing service, one time Astro installation.

I got their numbers through flyers inserted to my mail box.............charges was not reasonable, have to negotiate..........quality was poor, worst is the after-sale service. I practically called until my phone rosak also they won't come back to fix the problem. No exaggerate, I called the plumber not less than 50 times in 2-week time before he came to fix the problem (he didn't fix it properly the first time he came)..............vomit blood......

I use to pakai this plumber, its sounded like a Japanese name, alamak..tak ingat lah.. They are good. Some mre, got warranty (1 mth, 3 mths and so on) Nanti I check the bill (if I can find which box i keep it ...he he he).

Oh..as for the Mover, you can call James ..(012) 373 8000. Tell him, I recommend to u and get him to give you a good price..The last time, my partner' sister move from her double-story in Puchong to Kota Kemuning bungalow. He charge only RM 1.8K. Imagine the amount of barang-barang in a double-storey which she has stayed for almost 10 years....not even one barang rosak or scratched or hilang...all cling-wrapped nicely and boxes well labelled.....

Anyway I would also like to thank Ms ACSYen for her kindness and helpfulness cos I'm a stranger to her but I am a pet and an animal lovers too.

This contractors not only do renovation jobs, they do provided other services, like designing, air cond. specialist, electrical wiring, painting, house maintenance, installing of Astro, etc. (maybe you can call either one of them if you have any queries but no obligations on your part). Just trying to help out and also I know both of them are reliable too.
