Pebbles ears were drop-ears when I found her at 3 mths of age… then both ears erected abt a mth later… now almost 6 mths old, it seems one of her erected ears (the left ear) has dropped again... is this normal and will the ear erect again? I know some dogs with one flop down ear but the other one erected. I'm not so sure what's the reason but I think they can control their muscles. Some of them, when they're alert, the ear will erect again. Does this happen to your dog?

yep i've seen quite a number of dogs with 1 erect n 1 drop ear... i just find it mind-boggling how she used to hv both drop ears, then both ears erected, and now 1 ear dropped again and another 1 is kinda of semi-erect! currently wat i observe is tat her ears stay the same even when she's excited or alert... will keep on observing...
