bro,

dun push your dog for not wanting to walk further, maybe she has no confidence away from home. if you bring your other dog, it will tag along fine right? you should encourage more rather than punish it by choking and dragging her. you could lepak more outside from your home, let her get use the other surrounding other than your home and work slowly from there. just a suggestion
