Breeders Contracts??	Can't Post

Do responsible breeders have contracts that state the dog bought as a pet must be neutered/spayed??
Since i have never bought a dog from a responsible breeder, i am wondering. Seems alot of breeders just send their pups out in the wild blue yonder not caring if they are bred.
If that is stated in the contract, is that a good sign of a responsible breeder?
