from what i guess, when u out of your house, the front door opened ? where u keep ur dog ? in living room?

if my guesses are right, maybe u can close the door nex time when u go out? or put your dog in another location ?

my puppy used to bark as well when she sees strangers come into the house with me (me and my hsmate's friends)... so.. i hold her mouth closed with my hands, saying "SHHHHHH !!!!" until she stops making noise.. then give her treats after she stopped... so.. after a few rounds, she stops when i say "SHHHHHH"...

just a suggestion.. maybe u can try this... and since u not at home, and ur dog barks, how u know ah ? ur hsmate tell u? or family ? u can ask their help in holding her mouth close when she barks nex time

may i know how old is ur dog? still a puppy? if still a pup then is very normal.. similar goes to older dogs... so don worry... just ur dog wan ppl to nt leave her alone... then, when she used to it, will b fine,, just need time...

sooner, u will find that ur dog recog ur house as also ur both house... now she still new with the environment

don worry ya.. give her some time to adapt..

my doggy was 6 months old . according to the pet shop boss , its more easy to teach with this age , is it true ? i have no choice but have to bough at this age (its the younger among the all) . its hard to find beagle and its the dog i like .
yea .... i will give her time to learn , she will sleep after howling awhile , but a litter sound will wake her up . i rather she sleep often , because she have a bit fever according to the doctor . i ever wonder she need us because she was sick ??

Re: [karenliew] Barking & Growling Problems [In reply to] Can't Post

hi.. regarding the age of training, yes, in fact, start from 3 mths old to 8 mths old, it is a critical age to learn things fast... so u like beagle... nice... but do note that beagles are very active dogs... they were once used as hunting dogs... so, prepare to face the challenge and fun ya hehehehe !

don worry... patience and time is the key... if u are persistent with training, u will certainly have a good behavior dog at home :D

haha... u cant expect a 6 mths old puppy to sleep whole day de... sure very hyperactive at this age cus its the age of curiosity... sure will run here run there, sniff here sniff there, bang here bang there, and if no training on no-bite, will bite this bite that... so give her a bone or rawhide to chew on.. best if got kong toy.. that will keep it occupied for few hours...

if she is sick... of course she needs all ur care and attention :D

Promoting pornogaphy is a no, no in any moderated forum. They belong to porno forum but not to puppy forum. These pornogaphy is degrading to womenfolks. But to my surprise since June 30 till now the moderator/administrator has not delete it yet. But quick to delete any post that is about dogs that isnt in line with the rule and regulation.
Please there are students, children, women, visiting this forum, I do hope that you can delete it asap.
