did anyone know what dog is this?? i found this dog at the floor of my apartment at fifth floor?? do u think this dog got owner?

I think it's a stray. The mother must have left it there & forgot about it or just left for a while to find food, probably might come back later for it. But anyway, just keep it for a while & give it some soft food(canned food) or dilute dog keebles with water so that it becomes soft. Don't feed it with cow's milk. If you want, buy puppy milk at petshop. Then find it a good home. Please adopt it out to someone who already has experience with dogs NOT first time owners. Especially not with mongrel dogs...
