A firend contacted me to ask me if I have RSPCA or PAWS contact numbers because her friend female dong was caught by the authorities and taken away recently. This female dog also just delivered 5 new born pups and now is without a mother to care and tend to.

You should contact the authorities that took the female dog to retrieve it. Which authorities took the dog?
