This has been perhaps the most confusing question playing in my mind right now, you see... i've heard sounds of dogs and puppies literally "screaming" for help at the back lane alley of Petaling Street and i personally would like to help those poor beings by sending those b8stards who are selling them for human's selfish consumption.
Whom should i call to have those idiots caught and be charged ?
i've thought of calling SPCA but are they really dedicated to handle such issues or is there other bodies out there which are delegated to do just this....
because my limited knowledge tells me, in a nutshell, SPCA is a shelter home for abandoned dogs..
i've heard that spca handled a similar case which happened in pudu some years ago... spca is a society to prevent cruelty to animals, not just a shelter... i think they will work with the veterinary dept to take on such case... i'd be very surprised to find out if this is out of their rescue scope...
