Hi .. Is it a Female Dog - All Black - SLIM, small head, 20 inches shoulder height, weight approx 10.5kg, TAIL CROPPED short. Last seen wearing oversized brownish leather collar. Thank you.

Hi robertee...the dog we found is not black. We will bring to vet later tis week to check for microchip. We hope to return to its rightful owner.... Its a happy dog n friendly.
