In order to get MKA registered for your "imported" dog, you need to have an export permit from UK.
Well, in the main page of this site, there's "Useful Link" tht you could browse at regarding information of sending dogs back home from overseas. For me, I did it from US, so am not really sure about UK ways of doing that. But should be quite similar in process, maybe different in requirements.
I am not sure yet. Once my job assignment is over then I can leave. Probably in September or end of the year. Actually I planned to get a pair of Bichon Frise as well. Back home they do not have this breed.
I would suggest you to check it out with the local vet as well as the airlines. As far as i know, different airlines have their own pet-travelling policy. One thing for sure, you need to get an Import Permit from M'sia and show it upon arrival of your dogs, mainly for quarantine-clearance purpose.
