Experience with mild bronchitis? Please Help. Can't Post

My 4 year old shep.mix has been diagnosed with a mild case of bronchitis. The vet put her on antibiotics. My question is ... how could she have contracted this? She is never out of our site. No kennel, dog park, nothing like that. Anyone ever heard of second hand smoke causing this?

Also - if anyone else's dog has had this... did your pet seem to not want to jump up. For instance, she wont jump into bed or in the car. She wants us to pick her up. And was your pet lathargic - not wanting to eat?

Any help would be GREAT!

Thank you so much.

im not sure abt bronchitis but many diseases can spred through air. if the dog dont eat well, it is encouragable to feed her glucose or vitagen.
