my girlfriend furkid(female) is almost four years old now........she had her last heat was 2 and half year ago since then she didn't have any heat until today.....anyone knew why is it like this or someone might come across this problem.....
Hi, Kangser... Last time my JRt also like this almost more than 2 yrs baru come the 2nd heat. So i think i need to wait one more yr for her 3th heat. I ask the Dr. he say may be hormone problem give her eat hormone medicine or injection. ~~~ AsHLeY ~~~
Hey, someone told me b4 that there is this thing called a silent heat....the bitch is actually on heat but u don't see any symptoms of a normal heat....maybe you can check with your vet and see.

But let say if my female dog is medium breed with 21 inch height, and my male dog is also medium breed but only got 14 inch height...? In this case should be safe right ??
I dont want to spray my female dog, spray her becoz of another male dog came home, sound like very cruel to her . Some more my family so sayang that bitch, they treat her like "lui lui / one of our family member".

No.. it's not safe! Well, if not mistaken, we've got a member who has a Dalmation mixed with ShihTzu.. I also have seen picture of a JRT on top of a labby
They have to be physically be seperated. A few months back, I've seen in a pet shop where a female GR was on heat, and the dog next door was 'banging' away (by himself) in a joyous mood. regards,
