Must get the 100 % pure essential oil...Body Shop has it, or try at any aroma therapy shops. One 20 ml will last u for many many months. I just finished one 20 ml bottle after 3 years ! I cut myself a lot and the wounds will stop bleeding within 30 mins and heal totally within 2- 3 days and scarless!

Yeah, you guys headed home right after we passed by you guys (after the take of pix)? What a shame...but then again, it would be tough if Chris has to carry Brinkley all the way Tongue My friend, Michelle had to carry her Dino towards the end too...I think a couple more times, then they'll get use to the idea of hiking Wink

Hello Carynn,

Nice to meet you again too Cool! Yeah, sorry we had to dash off (literally)..coz we tried not to get Bodhi too wet. Otherwise, she'll smell funny. Would hate to give her a bath in the evening. Afraid she might catch a cold-lah! HaHa!Smile

Hi LuluGirl!

Thks for the kind words. The last picture of the beagle pack was not taken by me. And yes, Schnauzers and Beagles rule the walk-walk day! Smile
You guys in Penang have something better..a beach! We KL folks can only watch in envy...Unsure

Hi Carynn,

Heh! Nice pic of Harvey Milkbone! But somehow to me, he looks older in this picture than he actually is. And tell him that Lee Sha has made a full recovery! No more limping... Will see whether she regains her speed during the off leash heelwork. She's undergoing training for her obedience trail next month! Only 3 more weeks left Shocked!

As for the schnauzer gang that turned up that day, we had a total of 6 MS! Pepper Girl (Senior) Lee Sha, Lee Ron, Harvey Milkbone, Pepper Girl (Junior)& Goofy Girl. And yes..we should take a group pic like the beagle pack! Remind me at the next outing..

So did Harvey managed to pass the retest? Hope it was worth the drenching..poor guys!

Hallooo Gina! It was test for beginnerslah Frown can u imagine? Plus none of us..or rather Harvey's classmates manage to pass the test..the entire class flunked??? So it was a mixture of feelings..surprised, disappointed to Shocked huh??? Apparently Harvey didn't fare too well for the walking part so gotta redo lah... The poor thing was quite wet...we pamper him and gave him lots of goodies when we got home so he was rather pleased Tongue

Hey, the CGC is a different test altogether right? What's the criteria anyway? Any dog can join? Has Biscuit gone for it?..Oh ..heh..heh..enough for now..bombard you with questionssss aje.

For next Tues, u guys will go all the way and join us for breakfast?

See u guys around & send my smooches to Biscuit!

Hi Carynn,

Hey Congrats to you and Andy for taking Harvey successfully thru his CGC exam! Do bring along a nice waterproof file holder to keep his CGC cert dry when you collect it this Sunday...just in case it pours again! Do remind me to take a family snap of you guys with Harvey proudly wearing his CGC medal.

Thank you..thank you..it was more Andy's effort of course Tongue..I was just standing there at side of the field with an umbrella waiting for 'em to finish..wish Andy had a cap on and Harvey had a little raincoat to cover 'em though Frown

Like what I was asking Gina...I thought CGC is a diff test??? I'm a bit blur & confusedlah... Shocked so what Harvey's been taking all this while is a CGC Beginner's Level??? I always thought it's just a Beginner's Obedience Class....

Eh not CGC meh? What's a beginner's test? Now i'm confused too lol...i tot there was only puppy kinder and then basic which is also the CGC? Yah Biscuit passed his CGC in Penang last year and yes we will join for dim sum after....will be the 1st KL dim sum for me Smile....Jason and I took Caldrone and Biscuit today for the walk as well....we are trying to make it a daily thingy....better to exercise than to goyang kaki at home Tongue

Omigod...now I sound like an ignorant mother Blush Yeah..come to think of it, I think it's basic class lah not beginners as I put it...pai seh nya......Crazy So if it's basic, then it's also known as the CGC???

Oh great, since Biscuit is such a smart boy, r u gonna continue the advance classes for him? How old is Biscuit now? You know with all these small dogs, they always look young especially one as robust & energetic like Biscuit!!! Laugh I really love that brown, round patch at the back of his body...

You and Jason are Penangites but r staying in KL now? Wah, the daily walk sounds like such a discipline habit...I'm beginning to feel kinda flabby & lazy upon hearing this..heh..heh...Perhaps, we shud have more walks in Bkt Kiara???

If you got a medal and a cert frm passing the test then i believe that's CGC...not sure if KL they also hv a separate basic test as well? In Pg we don't...just CGC.

Me and bf (James) are Penangites and now staying in KL...Jason is frm KL....heheh yah the brown round patch on Biscuit's back is like a bulls eye target for dart throwing Laugh....he's 1 year and 3 mths old...how old is Harvey?

hey you know the puppy kinder? is that basically the same as basic? since puppies go straight to pre-novice after their course in puppy kinder?

Well i was told by the trainer in Pg that puppy kinder is more or less the same as basics...they teach the same type of commands but the main idea in puppy kinder is puppy socialisation....in Pg we don't hv puppy kinder...all puppies (even 4 mths of age) go straight into basics, do the CGC then on to pre-novice....maybe in KL things are more well defined...and guess the response is so great here they will segregate dogs by ages into proper classes....Pg more flexible lar Laugh

Hi Arthur,

That day after you mentioned Lee Sha had a tear on her rear paw i went and checked Biscuit's and they were ok...but yesterday we went for the walk again and this morning i checked and i saw two of his back paws also hv a slight tear to it, actually more like the skin peeling....he's not limping though but they look a bit pinkish....i don't think he stepped on anything, must be the way he walked and on long distance on tar roads coz both tear are symetrical on each paw (middle toe)....guess he's not used to walking on tar roads coz in Pg he was mostly on grass or the beach....must toughen him up liao frm now on Crazy

Hi Gina,

What you described on Biscuit's paws is exactly what happened to Lee Sha's. In Lee Sha's case, we can see the pink exposed flesh underneath. Good thing is it only took 2 days to heal up nicely.

I agree with you that the hard paved road surfaces does take a toll on the paws. It becomes worse if they walk on a hot day. We are not aware just how hot the paved road surface is until we walk on it with our bare feet. That's why the mornings would be a better choice from now on. Another way to see this is that our furkids are a pampered lot Blush

Hope Biscuit will recover nicely. Rdgs Arthur

Hi Luckey...or shall I say "ALPHA" Wink. Wah, webmaster Khoo is coming up with more and more interesting rankings. Can't wait to see what's next?

Anyway, as Ginl pointed out, yes, they teach the same commands in puppy kinder. and basic classes. Only difference is the level of tolerance for mistakes and imperfections. Bodhi had just completed her puppy class and could have gone straight to pre-novice. But we decided to take it a step at a time and go for Basic instead. We hope to reinforce her foundations first before moving on (also less stress on me-lah Wink). Hopefully after Basic, I'll only need to give command once before Bodhi responds. Right now, it's sit, sit, sit, sit ...then only she sits!!Crazy At her tender age (7.5mths), she's still very inattentive and has short concentration. Of course, being a beagle doesn't help much ! So Basic it is Smile.

Oh yes, Sharon called me yesterday and clarified that it's indeed CGC Beginner's Tongue...Harvey is one year and 4 months..one month older than Biscuit...

Ha..ha..for dart throwing..sure or not? Where got sampai hati to hurt that little fella? Do you watch Frasier? If yes, watch out for that cute Eddie...maybe you can train Biscuit to become a star like him too...I think Biscuit boleh lah!
