My Shih Tzu went missing yesterday afternoon (22nd Aug., 2004) in the BU3/2 area of Bandar Utama, P. Jaya. He has white/faint brown fur and answers to the name of Benji. I can be contacted at 016-3733865 or

he probably ran out as i drove out from my house. he slipped out just when the auotmatic gate was about to be closed

How come u did not lock Benji inside the house? Must b quite dangerous to reverse the car and not knowing if he was behind the wheels? Hope that u will find Benji soon.

benji is kept outside, unfortunately, since my son was born. My mum-in-law says that it is better to keep him outside due to the hair/fur.

We always look out for him when we reverse the car. One of us will stand guard over him. My car was out already that day, and the gate was almost closed before we went off. That's why up to now i find it hard to believe that he slipped out. We waited for the gate to almost close, and Benji was just at the gate.

Hi !

Have you tried to paste up the notices at PET Shops and VETs ? Maybe someone will see it and has information on your lil' doggy. Or what about checking with PAWS just in case someone found him and brought him there ?

checked at PAWS already. Notices sent to houses in my area. Coincidentally, i met Barry, the kind soul, at BU today when my wife and i were goin' round putting the notices into mailboxes. he mentioned he spotted a dog just yesterday, wednesday morning, that fits the description of benji. that gave us hope.

i just came back after searching for him for another 3 hours at night. i say thanks barry for the tips on searching for benji and to you guys for the encouraging words. i'm not gonna give up. Will have to take leave to search for him tomorrow

You are welcome.Eventhough i'm not staying at Bu but i know some friends whose stayed there,i've told them to keep an eye on Benji.I hope Benji will return home soon.
