Yesterday I went to a pet shop, the dog there are very expansive, so I decided to adopt from dog centrel, however the shop keeper say, mostly the dog taken from adoption is affected by isospora, a kind of parasite. When i check from web, I found what the shop owner say is true. The web say a dog inflected by isospora is extremely common. So I have following question: 1. If a dog affected by isospora, did the dog can be 100% cured? 2. After treatment is given, will the dog inflected by the isospora again? In other words, did the dog's inmunne system will recall the isospora and then prevent the dog from infflection? 3. If I get a dog from others, what medicine should I gave to the dog to prevent isospora before the clinical syspthom present? I scared that time is too late to cure them. Hope who got experience can help me. I hope can do more homework before I adopt a dog. Thanks you.
