i need help about dog rottweiler Can't Post
Hi, i would like to have some help from all of you out there

which i have a Rottweiler puppy dog i notice that he tail be rubber band so i cut it, after that only i know that is coz need to doke he tail? first i wnat to know why need to doke his tail? second it able to grow back he tail? just feel so crual about it.......
