I have a 4 month old mini dachshund pup and I'm new to this site. I have a question for all those puppy experts out there. My female puppy, Gwen, has a fishy smell coming from her groinal region and she licks it down there sometimes. The vet said it may have something to do with a yeast infection but we haven't seen any discharge. Can anyone tell me what is going on. She is also a bit lethargic and whiney when we leave her (which is not usually the case). Oh yeah, she was also put on special gastro food because her tummy was upset and she wasn't eating the best. We are currently phasing her into normal food (a very small amount of medical food into her gastro food which is the same brand). Thanks in advance,
