2ephyr ALPHA Nov 9, 2003, 6:15 AM Views: 4894 Dog Killer Dear ppl, Just wanted to inform you about the news that in Toa Payoh, Singapore, someone who apparently hates dogs has shot and killed a large number of them over the past weeks. Police believe that whoever is responsible may travel to other residential areas from time to time to continue his evil deeds. They do have a possible suspect but he will not confess. So as a precaution, a photograph of him have been released to the public (see attached) so dog owners can be careful of this heartless serial killer. Attachments: wanted!!!.jpg (46.6 KB)
