Found Schnauzer in D'sara Utama

My dad found a male Schnauzer wondering around the vincinity of SS21 in Damansara Utama.
THe dog is a male Schnauzer ,medium in height with black and white wiry coat, wearing an iron chain collar. There was no other tag or ID.
THe dog is of pleasant temprement and hardly barks and seems to be at ease staying inside a house.
It was wondering around our neighbourhood in the early hours of the 9th of September 2003 (Tuesday).
According to our neighbourhood newspaper delivery guy, he had observed the dog wondering around the past few days.
